Food Round Up Return & Exchange Policy

Receipt Required

All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt — no exceptions.

General Merchandise

Items such as coolers, toasters, coffee makers, souvenirs, Tupperware, phone chargers, etc., are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges may be considered only if the item is defective and returned with the original packaging.

Medicine

Due to safety regulations, no returns or exchanges are allowed on medicine.

Perishable Items

Items like produce, meat, dairy, and frozen goods may be exchanged only if purchased recently and there is a concern about quality or expiration. Refunds will be issued only if the item was sold past its sell-by or expiration date.

Non-Perishable Grocery Items

For shelf-stable items like canned goods, juice, condiments, crackers, etc. (excluding general merchandise), we gladly offer refunds or exchanges, as long as the product is returned in good condition with a receipt.

Miscellaneous

No returns or exchanges are allowed on bear spray.
